Where to Start?

At 63 life is definitely easier, but cares and regrets of the past still weigh in varying degree as I sip my flat white and survey remnant paddy fields and lush greenery of a landscape rapidly disappearing under a more familiar concrete jungle I was trying to escape.

The authentic ancient civilisation we come to see is being rapidly sacrificed for the very thing we thought we left...more development, more cafes, more hotels. The fact is, paddy fields look nice but don't pay anywhere near as well as holiday rentals.
